B.S. Grand Cru is sort of like a special imperial version of B.S. Wit that we brew annually. We make it with the same yeast and spices, but it slides in at a warming 8.5%. This beer is rich and smooth with notes of toffee, clove, and ripe fruit. Cru is tasting awesome right now, and also cellars beautifully to be enjoyed in months and years to come.
