A midwestern style IPA highlights tasty features from modern East Coast IPA’s combined with more traditional West Coast recipes. This beer pours as clear as the midwestern sky and uses new-school fruity hops while also having a bit more malt character than most hazy IPA’s. It’s a nice throw-back, without going too far back to when IPA was less good. Not too bitter and not too fruity; this one’s for you Goldilocks!
